# Local dashboards and health check

> Analytics, a conversation browser and a setup health check for Claude Code, run locally by the CLI.

These tools read the Claude Code data on your own machine (`~/.claude/projects`) and never upload it.

## Analytics

```bash theme={null}
npx claude-code-templates@latest --analytics
```

Opens `http://localhost:3333`: sessions, token usage, and activity over time.

## Conversation browser

```bash theme={null}
npx claude-code-templates@latest --chats
```

Opens `http://localhost:9876` to read and search past conversations.

Both servers listen on 127.0.0.1 only and reject requests from other sites (foreign `Host` or `Origin` headers), so another web page cannot read your history. To open one from another machine, forward the port over SSH:

```bash theme={null}
ssh -L 3333:localhost:3333 your-server
```

## Health check

```bash theme={null}
npx claude-code-templates@latest --health-check
```

Checks your Node.js version (18+), the Claude Code install and authentication, and your settings files, and prints what to fix.
